You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your product  no explanation required.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Products that are returned without prior approval or outside the return window cannot be accepted.


4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@elavoura.com including your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
  2. Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack & Ship: Repack the item carefully in its original condition and send it to the address provided in your return instructions.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the next steps.


5. Return Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Returns are free of charge.
  • Change of Mind or Wrong Product Ordered: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.


6. Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Hygiene products (e.g., socks, underwear, or skincare items) that have been opened or used

9. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our support team.
If the order has already been dispatched, you can still exercise your right to return the item within 14 days of delivery under the same return terms.


10. Shipping Method and Tracking

All returns must be shipped via a trackable courier service (DHL + Track & Trace) to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.
Customers are encouraged to keep their shipping receipt until the return has been processed.

This Return & Refund Policy does not limit or override any legal rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers within the European Union retain their 14-day right of withdrawal as provided by EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
