Returns

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

  • Please contact our customer service at info@elavoura.com. to arrange a return within this period.

  • The costs for returning products are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

  • If the item is defective, we will refund the shipping costs for its return.

  • To cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 5 working days.

  • The refunded amount will be refunded to the payment method originally used.

Return conditions

  • Returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories.

  • The product must not have been used and must be returned in the condition it was received.

  • Please ensure that the return is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Responsibility

  • We accept no responsibility for any delays or damage during the transit of returned items.
