There are no hidden charges all applicable fees are displayed at checkout.
If your parcel is missing, damaged or appears tampered with, please notify us at info@elavoura.com within 7 days of the delivery date and include supporting photos where applicable.
For lost shipments we will initiate an immediate investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
All shipments are insured. In the event of damage or loss during transit, Elavoura will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and will provide a suitable remedy (replacement or refund) once the claim is validated.
We use protective, environmentally conscious packaging wherever possible to protect your items while minimizing environmental impact.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@elavoura.com. If the order has not yet shipped we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has shipped, standard returns procedures apply.
