At Elavoura, we are committed to fast, reliable and transparent delivery. This policy explains our shipping methods, timelines and what to expect after you place an order.

1. Scope

We deliver with care and reliability across our current service regions. Our logistics network is continually expanding to make Elavoura products available to customers around the globe.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders.

  • There are no hidden charges  all applicable fees are displayed at checkout.

3. Order Cut-off & Processing

  • Order cut-off: 16:00 CEST (Central European Summer Time / Amsterdam).
  • Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day will enter processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

4. Transit & Delivery Estimates

  • Transit time (after dispatch): 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location and carrier performance.
  • Total estimated delivery time (processing + transit): 6–9 business days.
  • Delivery estimates are provided in business days and may be impacted by exceptional events such as weather, carrier delays, customs processing (for future international shipments), or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Carriers & Tracking

  • We ship via reputable couriers such as DHL and FedEx.
  • Shipments are insured.
  • After dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier name and a trackable tracking number. You may track your parcel on the carrier’s website or via our order tracking page.

6. Lost, Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If your parcel is missing, damaged or appears tampered with, please notify us at info@elavoura.com within 7 days of the delivery date and include supporting photos where applicable.

  • For lost shipments we will initiate an immediate investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Shipping Insurance & Claims

  • All shipments are insured. In the event of damage or loss during transit, Elavoura will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and will provide a suitable remedy (replacement or refund) once the claim is validated.

8. Packaging & Sustainability

  • We use protective, environmentally conscious packaging wherever possible to protect your items while minimizing environmental impact.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@elavoura.com. If the order has not yet shipped we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has shipped, standard returns procedures apply.
