Once your return or exchange is approved, ship the item back to us within 7 days using a tracked service. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will only process a refund or exchange after receiving the item in its original condition. We inspect returns within 3-5 business days and notify you via email once your refund or exchange is processed.
